Estonia Says Russia Ordered the Arson at a Defense Plant Supplying Ukraine — but Has Yet to Answer It

Estonia has formally accused Russian intelligence of ordering the August arson at Milrem Robotics in Tallinn, a supplier of THeMIS unmanned ground vehicles to Ukraine. It is the first successful Russian-ordered attack on Estonia this year, per the security police. A $670,000 Dubai Villa, a Vanished Prosecutor General, and Zero Investigations: Ukraine's Integrity Test

Journalists of Schemes found a $670,000 Dubai villa registered in 2023 to the then mother-in-law of Ruslan Kravchenko, when he headed the Kyiv regional military administration. Two years later he became Prosecutor General; a year after that, he left Ukraine on a self-signed business trip to Paris and registered in Vienna. As of 29 September 2026, no criminal investigation has been reported into either the villa or his failure to return.
