Shariy accuses Sternenko of drone supply abuses without providing documents
In two posts on November 5, Shariy alleged inflated prices and fictitious deliveries. Sternenko separately rejected his account of an assassination attempt.
On November 5, Anatoly Shariy published allegations against Serhii Sternenko on Telegram, claiming inflated prices for drones under government orders and deliveries that allegedly exist only on paper. Neither of the two posts included contracts, acceptance certificates or calculations that would allow the claims to be checked.

In the first post, Shariy claims that Sternenko earns around $4–5 million a year from selling drones under government orders. This is the accuser's estimate: the text identifies no specific contracts, suppliers or period used to calculate the amount.

The next post continues the same account with the words “50% — only on paper.” Shariy also alleges kickbacks arranged with unit commanders. He does not specify which set of deliveries this share refers to, or identify military units or dates of the alleged abuses. Neither the shortfall percentage nor the existence of the alleged scheme has therefore been established.
In the same allegations, Shariy described the assassination attempt against Sternenko as staged and claimed the attacker fired blanks. In his own November 5 post, Sternenko rejected that account: he said he had sustained a through-and-through gunshot wound to the leg, not the arm as Shariy wrote. This public rebuttal concerns the attack, not drone accounting; it cannot be treated as a response to the financial allegations.

Separately that day, Sternenko reported military requests for conventional FPV drones, fibre-optic drones and interceptor drones. He described requests from the Kostiantynivka and Pokrovsk (Dobropillia) sectors as particularly urgent. He urged subscribers to help raise funds for these drones as quickly as possible by donating even 10, 20 or 30 hryvnias each.
