Shariy claims Kazakhstan offered a reward: what the agency says
Shariy said he would accept money for information on a wanted person. Kazakhstan’s financial monitoring agency lists no reward in its Pin-Up wanted notice.
Anatoly Shariy said on Telegram on November 5, 2026, that he was ready to accept a reward allegedly offered by Kazakhstan for identifying a wanted person’s whereabouts. However, the notice published the previous day by Kazakhstan’s Financial Monitoring Agency (AFM), seeking two suspects in a case involving the Pinco and Pin-Up online casinos, mentions neither a reward nor payment terms.

Shariy linked to his own November 4 post, in which he claimed to have met someone in Rome whom he described as the creator of the Pin-Up casino and as internationally wanted by Ukraine. The text does not name that person. The claim of a meeting does not in itself establish either the person’s identity or their current whereabouts.
On November 4, AFM announced that Russian citizen Dmitry Punin and Ukrainian citizen Marina Ilyina were wanted. According to the agency, they are suspected of organizing illegal operations of the Pinco and Pin-Up online casinos targeting users in Kazakhstan; the notice lists detention as the preventive measure for both. It is a notice of suspicion and a search for suspects, not a finding of guilt by a court.

Investigators allege that the legal bookmaking business of Bonami LLP under the PIN-UP.KZ brand was used as a cover for online casinos. AFM says the scheme involved controlled companies, payment organizations and banking instruments, with financial transactions exceeding 106 billion tenge. That figure refers to transaction volume, not the size of a reward.
The agency asked anyone with information about the wanted individuals’ whereabouts to contact its duty office or call centre at 1458. Shariy’s pledge to accept money does not mean a payment has been awarded to him: the sources checked provide no confirmation of such a payment.

Shariy also wrote that, if he received the money, he intended to donate all of it to support doctors and drivers. He did not specify the amount of any potential reward.
